Return Policy

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all packaging and certificates.

Please note that custom-made jewelry and special orders are non-refundable. Return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the client. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or store credit, as agreed.
